There will be a HEOS App update by the end of May that will add an additional music service called Tidal, HEOS’ first “lossless CD quality streaming service”. Tidal allows users to browse their extensive catalogue (25 million tracks) and listen to them in lossless Hi-Fi quality, meaning uncompressed CD quality (44,1kHz/16bit).
We are pleased to inform you that the Stereo Pairing for HEOS 5 and HEOS 7 will also be included in the May ’15 update.
The Control4 driver for HEOS has also been completed, and it will be included in this update. This allows Control4 installers to fully integrate HEOS into their Control4 systems.
Furthermore there is a landscape mode for iPad, allowing iPads to be used horizontally esp. useful for horizontally wall-mounted iPads.
Lastly there is the ability for users to hide and rename the analogue and digital inputs.
The update is expected within the next 2 weeks.
